Maybe iam being thick but how do i use a picrure from my albums on a thread? Cannot work it out. Please advise. Thankyou.

Sorry, it's not set up to be used that way. Albums are used to keep your own personal photos on your profile and you can you use them to add photos to a Social Group. To add photos to a thread you need to use the Manage Attachements button. Please go here for more information.
