Have only been to TE once so my experience may not be typical but I found that most people at TE kept covered on loungers. Maybe things are different in the warmer months as I attended on a 72 degree day in April but still, I was surprised that most people remained in robes while lounging.
As such, I think you best spot will be at the exit/entrance to the pool as you’ll be able to see them coming and going. That said, there is a lovely sauna directly across from the pool entrance/exit that is perfect for viewing and won’t cost you anything  Enjoy
