It was, I think, some racing event in the UK. There was an entire album on Flickr of these two girls stripping (which I think was posted here, as well).

edit: Through reverse image search, I was able to find that the set was called "Ultimate Street Car (USC) 2016 - Miss USC competition". But yeah, it's no longer available on Flickr.
