I don't know, unfortunately. I believe they are from the Relax club in Kasalice, but after searching various websites, I couldn't find the "missing" shots. Anyway, some more Internet finds, this time from the Omega club in Litovel, Czech Republic. Playboy night, and girls encouraged to strip:
