Suprise !
An old vid (filmed in 1990 obviously) and not great quality, but well worth it just for her reaction. She must be English with that accent and she is not happy about her boyfriend filming her coming back from the shower. Classic.

Yes , It's a British Actress Samantha Robson. She used to play a police officer in "The Bill"
