Not sure myself but have heard that women who wear them on a certain ankle it means that they are shared,or a hint that they want to be. I never really understood the whole ankle chain thing. My wife has ankle chains and has got looks from a lot of guy's when wearing them,so I kind of wonder loll. We have done a few wild things in the past but it's been like way way back. If she married it means an open relationship. If worn on the right ankle over the hose use condoms, inside of the hose she bare backs. If the anklet is loose 10 inches long shes open for Black men (VERY COMMON ) ,with a toe ring white men, a toe ring on each middle toe R-L both black and whit . Went back and checked the article and with my wife, got something wrong. If the anklet is outside of the hose she bare backs, inside wear a condom.
