Posting Thumbnails

Hy,

i tried to get help in this post: "https://forum.oneclickchicks.com/showpost.php?p=649421&postcount=502" .
Since there has been no answer up to now, i try to get help here.
Does anybody has any idea why posting thumbnails doesn't work as descripted in my case?

And sorry for not posting a link. i am not allowed to up to now.

It should look like the photo below after you have uploaded the photo by clicking "Browse". It won't show up as a thumbnail until you submit the new post. Even when you click "Preview Post" it won't show up, it will only display the attachment name.
