Haven't actually seen it in context to confirm, but they look like models and so I'd guess a PETA-type protest...

Yes, it's from a PETA ad. They're called the "Boss Models". That's all I know.

edit: Must have something to do with this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boss_Model_Management
