Is This a New Thing on Rapidshare?

To download this file, the uploader either needs to transfer this file into his/her Collector's Account, or upload the file again. The file can later be moved to a Collector's Account. The uploader just needs to click the delete link of the file to get further information.

So, for anyone who uploads anything freely, without an account, it can now only be download by the public ten times? Or am I misunderstanding this? If this means what I think it means, this is absolutely the last straw with Rapidshare.

From what i have seen posted on other forums. You need to make a collectors account or upload with your premium account. if you use the rapishare manager to upload it will be good for endless Down loads. Most people want the points anyway for dl content. The real bad news is they have changed the 300gb dl to 80 gb a month.
