Falsie's are extra bra pads or an insert to enhance a woman's bustline.
Many less endowed woman wear man made enhancements to fill out
clothes or to appear more buxom. Implants are an alternative.

More than one guy has been surprised by 32a boobs hiding in a 34c bra.
