I'm getting the dreaded "IP Address is already downloading a file" error message when I'm not already downloading a file. I've never gotten this before, so I have no idea how to fix it. Any ideas?
Everything was fine earlier today, but now it won't let me download. Maybe it's because I downloaded too much? I've downloaded at least 20-30 videos in the past 24 hours. Maybe there's an unannounced cut-off? Thanks Fango |

I'm really hoping I don't have to shell out for a premium account just to download from Rapidshare ever again... ![]() Maybe I can just change the IP address. Can someone walk me through that? Fango |

My hunch was right. There is an unannounced cut-off for free downloading, because Rapidshare is working again for me. It's about 24 hours after it stopped working. No idea what the actual amount limit is, but I'm guessing it's somewhere in the 1 (maybe more) GB per day range, then they cut you off for 24 hours.
![]() Anyway, suffice it to say, I'm relieved. ![]() Fango Last edited by Fango; 08-28-2008 at 02:14 PM. |
