suggestion on how to post vids

appreciating the upcomming changes i would like to make a suggestion:

how about making preview pictures for vids a duty ?

i have noticed some reposts of vids taken from occ even without changing the file name,
but it could help to identify reposts and possible double downloads by comparing file names
AND by view.

I really like that idea too. There are obviously many different tastes in women, situations, etc . . . and mandatory caps should help reduce bandwidth use by at least a bit because even beyond eliminating reposts, this would help people decide if the vid is something they'd like to download.
