Good Idea!! lets make this thread active.
I rate the pic
9.5/10 - The Reasons
1. Clear shot of panties
2. Legs nicely spread
3. Type of skirt is perfect
4. Can see her legs entirely
5. Perfect lighting/ very clear!

I dropped the 0.5 because
1. Should have been a closer shot
2. Could have wore better panties E.g better colour
Ok my turn... for this I have two pics so I will label them Pic 1 and Pic 2

- close enough to subject
- decent pose

I dropped 6 points, mainly for two reasons -
a) its already been requested to not hotlink
b) (for big reason) - crop out the kid. The shot would still be possible w/o him there (see herein)...
