Here's one I found last nite. This is a before and after boob job pic. Maybe there's more like this out there. Two things for sure, it is different and she did need the work done!!!!. I hope you enjoy.

She didn't need anything done to her body. She was beautiful before. Small breasts are just as wondeful as big ones. Your milage may differ, but there certainly wasn't a *need* for surgery.

Yeah, you know, I've known a few women who've got implants and, frankly, I don't know why they wasted the money. They looked perfectly fine beforehand. Granted, it's a personal decision, but one that often seems made for somewhat dumb reasons.

I can see perhaps doing it for your husband, otherwise if you're doing it to land hotter guys, maybe that's proof enough that you should spend more time and money enhancing what's between your ears rather than what's on your chest.

i agree. but in her defense, those were some sorry little titties. its one of those rare cases where i'd say "meh, if it makes her feel better". but if i were her friend i'd still say forget it.

Yep had to comment on this one too. I can't understand people that have to have a certain size. Their is way more to a woman's body!! And I prefer the ones that look natural, not all "souped up."

Yeah, I just don't understand why so many women feel it's "necessary" to get a boob-job. For some mysterious reason, they seem to think that most men will be pleased, and give them the attention and loving that they strongly desire. And as we all know, this is contrary to reality. I can honestly only think of one guy who I've known personally my entire life who gets off on silicone.
