Left side of her dress comes down in a slightly angled straight line.
Right side also comes down straight, but parallel to the left. which then stops at the nipple and takes an almost 90 degree turn to the left again in a straight line.
It's either touched up or one very strong hard determined nipple

Well, all I know is it came out of an album of similar vacation pics, so I highly doubt it's a fake.

Yeah your probably right...but you have to admit it's a peculiar one. See how the right side of the dress meets up with the left just above her hand, which leaves an almost unusual rectangle shape of skin showing. And not a hint the dress opened loosely..it's all tight and in straight lines..

but if thier are other similar pics like you said...then that nipple deserves a medal

I think it's real. Here's my theory on what is happening in this photo:

Our lovely subject was being silly with her friends and gave the "one boob flash" by pulling her top open to the left. Then, when the camera was pointed at her, she didn't want them to catch a photo of her boob, so she just let go of the shirt, expecting it to pop right back into place, seeing as how it is such a snug fitting top (as previously noted). BUT even SHE didn't realize what stiff resistance her uber-perky little nipple would provide, catching the fabric and momentarily preventing her boob from being covered up. In the moments after the photo, there would have been much embarrased laughing as all gathered realized that she thought she'd been clever, only to be thwarted (and exposed) by her own determined nipple.

I think we could start a good debate here. I agree that it doesn't look quite right, with all due respects to Fango.
The edge to the dress on the nipple side is very straight and hard. The breast and nipple protrusion looks a little unatural.

But it could be real - I'm just saying its borderline and not without merit to question it. If it had been altered before placing with the other pics in the album, then any text or title that went with it might shed some light.

whoaa... you didn't mention that there was another, similar NIPSLIP further down in the album (you said similar but I didn't think it meant nipslip and all). That should clinch it, because that one definately looks real. Assuming its the same woman, we can even compare the shape of the nipple.
