Resize pictures

Hi, I'm hoping someone here might be able to give me some advice. I want to resize my pictures but not make them look pixelated, are there any free or other programs that can zoom and then be saved larger. I've tried a couple of free trials of picture resizing programs but thre not what I want. Please help. Thankyou.

sounds like you wanna make bigger pics of the ones you have, that will be very difficult unless you can crop a certain area the enlarge it, otherwise you will lose alot of quality........just from my limited knowledge
