Simply put, how do you guys organise your..."collection"? I find I've two directories, movies and pics with seemingly randomly numbered and named files from the likes of imagecash. How do you do it? Is there any quick way to name my files and sort them? I wondered about a tool to scan the images for similarities (perhaps in the EXIF) and arrange them that way, but haven't found anything.

...for myself:
I have a pics and a vids folder, each has subfolders (amateur women, amteur sex, blowjobs,...). Each subfolder contains a "shared" and an "on hold" folder so I can keep track of what I posted on here so far. Usually when downloading pics from one site or another I usually name them right when I save them, unless it's just one single pic. Takes a lot of imagination to make up new names for new downloads after a while since the "standard" names are already all taken. ![]() For searching duplicates I use DupeLocater, a small proggy some guy posted on another board quite a while ago. It runs pretty smoothly, but you have to be careful still, since at times pics do have identical sizes but are still different. Dunno if this works, but I'll attach the proggy as a zip. Tested and found harmless on my side. Hope this helps a bit getting your collection sorted and yourself ready to post. ![]() Greets, A Lurker

Here's my approach to organizing pics and vids. First, I don't rename anything unless it has a name already in my files, then I add an "a" "b" or whatever. I've created quite a few folders by topic -- "downs" for downblouses, "ups" for upskirts, "windows", "peeks" for hidden camera, etc. Then in each of those folders I've created subfolders to separate videos from pictures -- "window clips"; and most importantly a subfolder -- "OCCwindow" to keep everything I've downloaded from OCC or stuff I've uploaded to OCC from my own files. This way I can check to see if something has already been posted. This of course assumes no renaming by the poster which is a big problem. This may sound like it's pretty complicated, but I have about 40 gigs of files and they need to be organized in some fashion. If you set up such a system, you'll find, that as you go through your various pics and vids to send them to the proper file, you've got duplications under different names and --- junk you can't believe you downloaded in the first place.

picasa works pretty good if you're just looking for organization that doesn't drastically change/rename files. you can label pictures as "couples" or "bjs" or whatever and easily pull them up in groups like that, or you can pull them up in their original say, zip folder or directory. http://picasa.google.com/download/index.html
