I think this video is from the Skydome in Toronto. I heard once that people were having sex in their hotel windows which overlook the ballpark. They have since changed the window tinting so fans cannot see in as easily.

Skydome
This is from the Skydome--I remember it making national news as the "quirky blurb" at the end of the newscast. As I recall, the newscaster made some joke about the guy getting a "home run."
