This used to be a television show in the Netherlands in the 90s. People were challenged to do dares in public in exchange for a chance to win money.

For instance:
-a guy had to put on a blindfold and feel up naked asses in order to recognise his girlfriend's.
-a woman had to ride a horse naked
-a guy had to look in women's bathing suits (after asking permission) to find 1000 guilders.
-naked barrel race
-strippoker in the streets
-a guy having to get women to open the door in their underwear
etc.

It was raunchy and awesome. Unfortunately material is hard to come by. I have included a clip (sorry for bad quality) in which a woman has to take a public bath (fully nude) and find others to join in.

Can anyone add more material?

The horseback one was my favorite. As you said it's impossible to find these videos anymore

not great quality, but you do get the picture
