How Much "E" Is There in "EUF"?

I would love to hear from the ladies especially, but also from any guys on their opinions on how much "E" is there really in an "EUF" and why there is "E".

I was looking at an EUF thread on OCC, and it occurred to me that as fun and exciting as it is to catch a glimpse or a full on view of a lady 'caught in her underwear' or of one who had a 'sudden wardrobe malfunction' leaving her exposed in her underwear, why exactly do women feel embarrassed when that happens?

A (perhaps silly) case can be made that unless we are talking sheer and see-thru, getting caught in her underwear leaves a woman no more exposed than she would be when she wears a bikini at the beach. If she goes commando and ends up de-skirted in public then of course having the world suddenly see her in all her bottomless glory with her bare ass cheeks and sexy little couchy on full display, then that would be horrifyingly embarrassing. But if instead her skirt falls down leaving her in a pair of white or black or blue bikini panties that are no more revealing than the white or black or blue bikini bottoms she wears at the beach, then how is that worse?. Don't get me wrong, as a guy I love the thrill of suddenly and unexpectedly catching a woman in her underwear, but perhaps same question for me, "why is that?" Is it because its "taboo" to see someone's underwear because that part of one's clothing is "supposed" to be hidden from public view? Is it that we are somehow conditioned that in order to see a woman go from being clothed to being naked, we must first remove the outer clothing, leaving her in her underwear, which is then just one step away from her being NAKED(!) which is what the ultimate goal is? LOL

I remember reading a story online by a woman who wrote about a full-on embarrassing thing that had happened to her. She was I think in her 20's or 30's and was working as a lawyer or paralegal or something at a big law firm in downtown Chicago, "The Windy City", in some tall office building. One day she and her colleague had to go a meeting across the plaza to another building, and they both had their hands full with briefcases and stuff. Although it was a warm spring /summer day there was also a huge wind which was amplified by the way wind bounces off the buildings or rips thru the natural 'wind tunnels' the buildings create. Anyway as she's walking across the plaza with her male colleague, a huge gust of wind catches her wrap-around summer skirt from behind and whips it right up her back. Horrified, she goes to put the briefcases down and pull her skirt down when another gust just yanks it right off her body and launches it dancing down the center of the plaza. Fortunately (for her!) she wore panties that day, and they were white bikini ones, not see-thru lace or a minimal thong. But she just felt this enormous WAVE of embarrassment wash over her as she watched her skirt flying down the plaza realizing she couldn't run after it in her heels, and realizing she was standing in the middle of a downtown city plaza in her underwear in front of 'half of Chicago' and her male colleague.

So as I said, NO DOUBT I found that to be a fun exciting story to read and wish I had been there to see that or have that happen to some of the pretty ladies I know and work with! But at the end of the day, she was standing in a city plaza in her white bikini panties... looking just about as dressed (dressed even more so!) than she does when she wears her white bikini to the beach or pool.

Perhaps a silly question (but then that's what quarantining for weeks will do to you!), but what do you all think? ladies? whats the real source of the "E", even though nothing more racy or daring is being exposed?

it's very simple! And the truth is as old as the world. And you are no different from many other healthy men. There must always be some mystery about a woman. That's all.
In the case you describe, this is the most pronounced case. Panties! They were originally intended to hide, protect the holes that give access to the inside of the body. It is there that the delicate mucosa, as well as on the head (face). But physiologically and anatomically, these holes are at risk. That is why man instinctively began to protect them from external factors. Not from a sense of shame. During ovulation, these holes attract males. How to attract a male in the usual permanent order? Did I answer your question? Beautiful underwear of course! And the more intimate and mysterious it looks, there is a desire to see more. How many movie comedies are there in which guys run into the tricks of transvestites, when after flashing underwear of a pretty beauty, a guy finds a sausage in his panties? And it all started with a glimpse of panties. Let me give you an example from my experience. In our cottage plot, a neighbor's house was rented by a family for the summer. I like to spend weekends in the country in a free style. And of course, the presence of neighbors did not please me in any way. Especially since our places are deserted. I decided to take a chance. I steeled myself, and one Sunny Saturday morning, when I was spending the weekend in the country, I saw them doing landscaping in their yard.
