Gratuitous clothed scenes

Just as a fun exercise, let's compile a list of films that would be improved by the addition of nude scenes, or scenes were the leading lady doesn't need to be wearing any clothes but is.

For example:

In the Battle of Britain Susannah York is running around a hotel room in her undies, very nice, but it would have been even better if she'd got out of them at some point.

In the TV series of the X files, I was getting as frustrated as Fox Mulder must have been at never quite seeing Sculley with her kit off, even when there was an inruder in her flat when she was in the bath.

In the version I saw of BB, she was nude, which really surprised me for a war movie. She removed her olive drab uniform and also her underwear and stockings.

In 'Diamonds are Forever' when Jill St John is changing wigs and outfits, each outfit should be smaller until at the end she comes out naked to show that 'collars and cuffs' match.

just had a Google, for JsJ- she has bikini / bra & briefs on at least,, collar & cuffs mention by Bond was when she was wearing a low cost night dress!

OMG, I have gone crazy for that scene. In the book, Tiffany Case is also undressed in her hotel room when Bond, pretending to be a smuggler, visits her.

I'm with you with regards to Gillian Anderson. To hear tell, she had a stick up her ass about the character of Scully appearing in anything revealing. Always in a suit. The X Files pilot had her in her underwear, but even some of that footage is in question as when they show her panties, it could have easily been a body double based on the camera angles.

That show was on for what, 10 years and you never really saw anything. Such a waste. And the real shame of it is that now, you wouldn't care to see it. Missed opportunity of such a lovely lady whose charms have faded. Had she done a few episodes in something revealing, she could have lived on forever in way that many actresses have done... but oh no...she's a "never was". Forever.

Same thing with Amanda Tapping in "Stargate SG1". That show was on forever...never really saw her out of uniform or in anything revealing. Maybe once in a tank top but that was it...

Eden Lake has a good scene in the woods, though just implied sex- the couple are clothed, with maybe a bit of thigh / cleavage on view-

the woman gets topless later, with a male rear nude (his pants down), in a hot barn scene..

she is also bottomless (covered with a towel, with one breast exposed, in a subsequent scene.

I must correct my earlier post. This was not Battle of Britain, but Soldier of Orange, another WW2 flick, this one directed by Paul Verhoeven. The woman in the bedroom scene looked very much like Susannah York, and played the scene as I had described.
