Exhibitionist neighbor?

Accross my apartament building is another one, same number of levels. A few weeks ago I've seen a 30 y.o. girl doing house work and staying almost the time naked or topless. She use to undress when she comes home from work. She goes topless or naked even on the balcony being obvious I can see all the scene from my balcony. One time, after staying topless, she came in the hallway and put on a t-shirt looking at me (I was in my balcony accross the street, visible to her). A few days ago during evening, after doing some vacuum cleaner activity, wearing a summer dress low cut on the sides, she went to bedroom, turned on the light with curtains and window closed. After about 5 minutes she turned of the light, opened curtains and window. She was naked in front of the window, a flash of light coming from the next room on her body. She applied lotion on her body in front of the window for about 10 minute for my excitment (i was visible for her on my balcon).
The questions are: Her behaviour is on purpose? Is she an exhibitionist?

From my own experience I would say she is definitely an exhibitionist. She is aware you watch her and is happy to give you opportunities to do so. If you make eye contact with her and smile you will know for sure. When I exhibit I like to be sure I'm being watched and if I make eye contact and smile my watcher knows it's ok to look.

Way back in the previous century when my wife went to grad school, we lived in a U-shaped complex, and the woman across from us used to do stuff on her computer completely topless, lights on, right in front of her window, shades open, and we made eye contact several times.

Unfortunately, she was in her 50s (while I was barely in my 20s), extremely unattractive, and when I met her in person once, she had the most unusual personality I had ever met at the time.

I'm sure half if not all the lawn crew and I know some of the maintenance guys have spied my wife either fully nude or bottomless. Once the kids leave in the morning she strips down and usually does not redress until time for them to return. She'd never admit that she likes the attention nor will she ever acknowledge that she can be seen by others because she plays naive. So far no one has said a thing and just enjoyed the view but I'm sure if anyone says a thing she will close all curtains and doors going forward.

I was working a few years ago for a friend I haven't seen in a while,he asked me who was the nudist at my house and said his son and his friend would drive up the dead end road I lived on and would check out the nude sunbather in the frontyard whowas my first wife,I never knew till then she sunbathed in the frontyard when I was working,good for her turning on some teens.

Exactly. Just because a woman is an "exhibitionist" doesn't mean she wants any contact or acknowledgment with those who might see her in all her glory. Yes, she might, but usually not. Or, some interaction or acknowledgement, but at a distance.

......... My wife has always enjoyed being seen naked, usually in circumstance where being naked is feasible. Most common scenarios for her would be the beach (her favorite is a remote, non-nude beach) or nude sunning in our yard, or naked with the windows open without a care in the world.

In most cases she prefers to be seen without any acknowledgement from anyone. More recently there has been a slow change in her demeanor around the house. She's been walked-in on repeatedly while sunbathing in the yard by friends and neighbors, and then has no recourse but to interact with them in some way. Depending on her mood, she will cover up, do the "hand cover up", or carry on a conversation while nude with the usually uncomfortable friend or neighbor. But later, she acts like she was annoyed by the intruder, but I know otherwise. She could easily not be "annoyed" by latching the gate. She never does.

A few days ago she came out from shower naked. Her partener was naked too. After doing some activity she get down in front of him, I suppose giving a blow job (I could see only his back). After half a minute he turned off the light. I was in my balcony watching the entire scene and they were seeing me.
