general discussion forum
alex and whoever else reads this,
i think that a general discussion forum would be a great addition to this site. a place where you can talk about anything and shoot the shit with frequently posting members. not that this site needs really any additions at present...but i think that would be a great thing to put on the "to do list". feedback?

This has been brought up a few times before. My feelings on this still haven't changed.
It would be yet another forum to moderate and it would be more difficult because some people think "general discussion" means they can say anything they want, start arguements, get on a soapbox about their politcal ideas etc... What many people like about OCC is the fact that we stay "on-topic" and everyone has a friendly/helpful "community" attitude. Thanks,
