photos that say "SOME rights reserved"??

Hi,

I have been hanging around http://www.flickr.com lately, and have noticed that many of the photos have a logo at the bottom that say "some rights reserved" with a "cc". What does this mean? I want to know if I can post them here, but I don't understand the legality of "some rights reserved" as opposed to "all rights reserved".

I forgot to mention - the logo is not on the pic itself, but below it.
