So my GF and I went to St Martin and stayed by Orient Beach. My GF is a lifelong prude. On our first day there she trashed talked about the topless women on the beach; so my expectations were rather diminished.

On our second day we went to a small beach with quite a few people. We sunbathed, and decided to go for a swim. The current that week was particularly strong; I mean "knock you on your ass" strong. We swam, and then, as we waded back to the shore, a wave got us. We went stumbling forward, then backwards, being dragged around by the impressive current. There was no immediate danger because we were so close to the shore, but it was impressive. I regained my balance and helped my GF on her feet; and I immediately realized her bikini top was under her chin! I motioned that her boobs were completely out, and as she reached for her top, she got knocked off balance again! At that point her bikini top was completely tangled, and I expected a shit storm. Unexpectedly, she just laughed, went and sat on the shore to catch her breath, with her bikini top still rolled over her breasts. She got up and just took it off, being topless on the beach for the first time and becoming one of the women she had criticized one day prior!

She wrote it off as "accidental nudity" and got back into her bikini the next day. But her misadventures weren't over.
I pressed her to go with me to the local nude beach at Club O. I convinced her she wouldn't have to go nude and we'd stay to ourselves. She set her prudishness aside to make me happy and agreed. We got there and found that we couldn't really stay to ourselves on the beach because it was too small. She begrudgingly sat by the shore with me. After a little while I asked her about going topless - after all she'd just been publicly topless previously - and I won the argument. She took off her bikini top telling me that was as far as she was going.
A little later in the day, I brought up swimming nude, explaining that if she took off her bikini bottom after she got in the ocean, no one would see her completely naked. She thought about it and agreed to give it a shot. So we got in the ocean, and she removed her bottom. We swam around for a little while, she agreed that skinny-dipping was a great experience. We decided to walk back where the water was shallow enough that she could put her bottoms back on. And that's when it happened again. As she lifted her leg to put her bottoms on, the current got us. We get knocked forward, then backward; I grab my GF, we both fall again. And we wash up on the shore. She falls again, spread eagled; I lift her up, and I fall backwards while she lands on all fours with her butt facing the beach. She rolls to her back open legs flailing around. I finally get my balance back on pull her to her feet; and I'm concerned she's freaking out. She is still clutching her bottoms and I tell her I'll help her put them back on. And she just breaks out laughing: "The entire beach has just seen my naked ass wide open; I don't think that really matters now!" And I watch her walk back to our spots, completely naked with bikini bottoms in hand, which she just tossed on the ground and just standing there, in front of everyone, completely naked!!

I felt a little guilty because I was the one who pushed for the nude beach experience, and she had just ended up not just completely naked, but with the whole beach seeing her spread eagled and on all fours. But she just accepted it as "accidental"; and I also think it "cured" her of her prudishness. We're going back to St Martin next year, and this time she's said that she's open to spending more time at Club O; and this time she'll be staying completely naked there!

At a fair many years ago, my wife was wearing a summer dress without a bra (of course).

It was getting uncomfortable, so she adjusted the left side, but she had taken her breast completely out to adjust her dress.

I am not sure what her thought process was, but I looked around and a good dozen people were staring right at her breast.

After she was done adjusting and we started walking again, I told her what happened and she turned bright red. She really didn't mean for it to happen that way.
