"Margotesque" Bodies

I'm always looking for this body type and it's very hard to find exactly this.

With her clothes on, she looks pretty thin.

But once the clothes come off, we can see she was once much heavier and lost a lot of weight. So while she has a fairly thin body now, there is a lot of "extra skin" in her belly area.

Look for the "W" shape on the bottom of her belly, and sagging belly button. (see last pic).

This is the body type I LOVE and it's hard to find. Please help! And I will post what I find here too. Thank you!
