The first time it was "this post is a duplicate of your previous post" (which is was not)
Then the "Wait 60 seconds" error. Sometimes you just gotta actually get off your ass and manage your forum instead of sitting around sipping coffee trying to let the scripts do it for you. If you don't have the manpower or time to manage it, then give it to somebody who can.
