Request: latin dancing with the stars lip slip

This is a video that I have been trying to find again for years now. It was some sort of dancing with the stars show, a latin version. The girl took off her shorts and ended up doing some sort of pole dance and she suffered a lip slip. She was embarrassed and the host tried to play it off like nothing happened. It might have been a halloween special or something because I think she had vampire fangs. It was an amazing video and I cannot remember where I seen it.. would be amazing if someone has it!!
