thumbnail problem

I've been using this site for ages, but this morning I have logged in and can't seem to see any thumbnails on here that I haven't viewed before.
They are clearly there - if I hover over them their details show up and clicking on them brings up the attached picture, but if you can't see what you are going to bring up, how do you know you want to??
Very annoying.

We were having trouble with one of our servers. It looks like everything should be back to normal now.
