Webshots search tool

Hi Alex,

As you know, webshots is a great source of pictures, but searching for them is very difficult
- only 12 pictures can be viewed at a time
- some searches e.g. "strip poker" are not allowed

I have created a program which helps by automatically collating all results from a search into one html file.
It also allows a second search term, so you can search for e.g. "strip", then filter by "poker".

You run a great site here and I would like to donate the program to this community. The only "terms and conditions" would be that any good pictures found get posted here!

So would this be ok with you to post the binary file for the search program?

Nina,

That sound like a nifty tool. Unfortunately we don't want to start hosting executable files here on the forum due to the fact that they can sometimes be harmful to people's computers.

The best way to share this would be to find someplace else to host the file and simply post the link here on the forums. If you can't find someplace to host the file send me an e-mail or private message and I'll see what else I can do to help.

Verry good idea to have a webshots seach tool, your info on how to download helped alot. I just have one question, you said that strip poker isnt allowed as a search, but on mine it is, or atleast i think so, can you explain what i mean just in case i am missing something.

yea I'm still clueless. nina could you shoot me an email or PM? I got everything, then I put in my little search term thingy annnnd then...nothin. it said it was searching or whatever, but then nothin happened. thanks!

I went to the web page nina1984 posted and I could not download the tool. I then e-mailed her at the address she posted and got no reply. I am hoping that somebody can please allow me a way to have the photosearch tool, or at
the very least give me the common courtesy of a reply as to why I am not allowed to have it. I have been very patient and hope that someone will be nice enough to tell me what is going on.

I never have any problems searching any keyword on webshots, well except for typing it in with one hand....

You can search for any term on webshots. Use Strip Poker for example, on the warning page that comes up click on the link for continue with webshots search, and you will get 33 pages.
