This was from an anime called Miami Guns. The episode is when one of the main characters turns feral and the other characters try to rehabilitate her to get back to normal. In this scene, the doctor tries to show her the sign for friendship and then her clothes get ripped off. Sorry the audio is out of sync, when I split the file it got messed up that way. Hope you enjoy regardless.

LOL. I actually own this show on DVD. It's out of print now, but it is funny as hell and worth buying if you like anime. Thanks for the clip.
