If I'm not horribly mistaken, I do believe that Nanpa has this at his site. I remember hunting for it's origin a while back and was pointed there. I can't say exactly which video, but it's there, I'm sure.

This gets reposted a lot, but, never have been able to find a source. The guy with the orange-yellow headband *looks* like one of the guys in one of the MCF (http://www1.quolia.com/nom-bd/, a Japanese hypnosis fetish webpage with lots of video clips) movies I've seen, but, other than that, I have no leads.
