They're called, unsurprisingly, corset piercings; a variation on surface-to-surface piercing that's been around for about a decade or so.

It's largely a "play piercing," that is it's temporary and it's practiced as a form of sexplay. Surface piercings are extremely difficult to make permenant, the body tends to reject them fairly quickly.
