Welcome Alexxx! I can already tell I'm gonna like this thread!
OCC is definitely different from RC.
These forums don't move as fast as RC. I let my membership go after the whole Igor mess and rarely even do VW now but compared to when I was on RC: There are more lookers here and most threads don't have that discussion among friends feeling. That being said there is far more content here and threads can't get pushed off by a**holes and rarely get hijacked .
