One click pass trouble

I have had a username here for about a month. I realized today because of the inability to view photos that the cost per month was minimal so I am trying to sign up for the three month pass.


My problem is that when I enter my username it tells me that there is no username found and it won't let me proceed. Then when I try to sign up for a new username and use this name, it tells me that this username was already taken. I simply don't understand how it could not be found, yet be taken at the same time, especially when I am registered here.

Sorry you are having trouble. I know the system requires the e-mail address and password to match the forum membership details. Offhand, I can't see what is causing the problem.

I think the quickest & easiest solution will be to buy a pass with a new username. Then if you want us to change it for you to match your original username, just send us another message and we can merge the two usernames together into one membership.
