'Suitcase' Piercing

I wasn't sure where to post this, but as she's showing it off voluntarily, I decided Exhibitionists would do.
Not certain where I found this, but it's apparently called a suitcase piercing.
Makes my eyes water.

Not convinced if I've added the pic in the correct way, either. Sorry if it's not there.
