[Request] After stories and accounts of naked punishment during school gym class...

K I am after anyone who was witness or maybe even was the victim of the harsh ENF punishments delivered in school gym class around the 70's and 80's or even earlier if any.

In schools it seemed not uncommon practice to punish a student harshly in someway for forgetting his kit, or maybe another reason and to have to do the rest of the class naked. My buddy (a guy) said he was punished in 1979 after he forgot part of his football kit and had to play football naked. But he was lucky to some extent as there were no girls around at the time. Of course I am after accounts or stories of this happening to girls which is less likely but still.

I guess if any teacher did anything like this today there would be sexual harassment lawsuits to hell and back but it did seem to not be uncommon at all some 30 years ago, hell it would work I bet to stop students screwing up!

So......anyone witness any of these sorts of punishments or is this all just drivel to everyone? your accounts pls if any.

I never witnessed this, but I heard these stories from very solid sources that I could trust. I was in high school in the 80s:

1) I heard the naked football practice stories a lot for guys who would forget their stuff. Maybe that's one reason I never wanted to play sports? Plus I was 6'3" and 135lbs, but anyway...

2) In college, guys who would do poorly in hockey would have to hang around naked at hockey-centric parties where girls were invited just to laugh at the naked guys...but I knew the guys and they loved it, I am sure.

3) I had a very good female friend who was in a division I college diving/swimming team. They would have co-ed, naked swim practices after the coach left every night. She said it was purely sexual-driving and they all slept with each other anyway, but it made me so jealous because she was so hot and sporty and all I ever got to see was her cycling with me in a sports bra. I used to ask her about the nude practices all the time and she liked that I asked, I think. I told her that when we go cycling, we can just change in front of each other, but she said her husband would freak, but if he didn't mind some day, she would do it just for me. Too bad I haven't seen her in a few years now. Too good to be true, anyway.

Adding to the previous poster's points, even if these "incidents" occurred decades ago, in this day and age, those who allegedly performed or engaged in those activities may one day find themselves under the national spotlight. Just look at the new about Penn State and Syracuse and even the U.S. Republican presidential candidacy race. Not a pretty sight.

Sometimes I think the news, media and (American) societal values have become more and more uptight as we go into the 21st century. We have made great progress in many other aspects of life/inequalities (still not perfect), but nudity, sex and other erotic activities still tend to be frowned upon, treated as taboo and criminalizing (sometimes for the right reasons, other times maybe not so).

That's always confused me. Why did they always do that? was there a reason for this or did the teachers just enjoy looking at naked lads?
