The candle game

I ran into something recently that reminded me of a game I learned/played in Europe. While stationed there, a friend invited me to a party. We had a great time and as it got dark, we moved inside. There we sat on the floor in a circle. A bottle was spun and the person had to go into the center of the circle. All members of the opposite sex rolled a dice, and the highest number joined the circle as "proof person". The circle was relatively large, so that the people inside could move around. Then the lights were turned off, and the first person had to strip completely naked. The "proof person" was allowed and encouraged to do whatever was necessary to "confirm" that the person was in fact completely naked. Then the timer was set for 1 or maybe 2 minutes.
All articles of clothing had to remain inside the circle, but anyone was allowed to "adjust" them. For example button up a blouse and turn it inside out, or tie panties in knots and hide them inside socks, etc.
The person in the circle had 1-2 minutes to get dressed. Clothes had to be dressed in sequence. If you could not find your underpants, you could not put on jeans, for example. The blouse that had been buttoned up and turned inside out, had to be straightened out first, before it could be put on. If it had buttons or zippers, the had to be closed or the article had to be taken off again.
Each player in the circle had a candle. Once the timer went off, the first candle was lit and the light passed on to the rest of the players. Once all candles were lit, the lights came back on, and the person in the middle had to freeze in whatever state they were in.
Any clothes which were not worn correctly had to be taken off again and combined with the clothes the person never got to put on in the first place. The clothes were collected in a big pile and the person had to join the circle dressed/undressed as they were for the next round and so on.
At the end of the evening, the clothes were "auctioned" off for a dare.
Which literally meant, anyone could bid on them - which made for some interesting scenarios.

I lived in a housing area, which consisted of about 4 BOQ's and an officers club. I lived in one of the buildings and there was a young lieutenant, who lived in another building. She was a procurement officer for AFRTVS, and she came to about any party given anywhere. Usually there were few girls from Europe, who for very practical reasons may not have worn a bra. However, female members of the US, always wore a bra. And a lot could be done with a bra.
I think her name was Shelly, or something similar. Shelly had come directly from work and was still wearing her fatigues. With her she had brought her assistant, a spec/4 also in his fatigues. There were a few others, some I do remember, others just vaguely.
At one point, Shelly ended up in the middle. There was a French officer, who ended up to be the "proof person".
After the lights went out, Shelly undressed. I do remember her giggles and complaints that the "proof persons" fingers were getting into things, she didn't think that it was necessary.
As I said, there were a lot of things that could be done with or to a bra. Shelly's bra could be taken almost apart, with the straps knotted and removed, and some parts removed and strewn around the dark floor. Of course, there was the buttoning up of her top and turning it inside out. And then the was the making knots in her panties and hiding them in the pockets of her uniform pants. And then there was of course the removal of the belt buckle.
When the lights came back on - Shelly did not have a chance. As the candles started to give a little bit more light, Shelly could see where some of her things were, but putting them on was mission impossible.
She had to undo the knots of her bra straps, put her bra back together before she could have put it on. She never did find her panties, so she didn't get to put on her pants. Don't feel sorry for her. I don't think there was an inch of embarrassment on her. She thought it was funny - until the bidding started.
As I had said, anyone could bid on her clothes. There were two other women, who were bidding each other out on Shelly's clothes. Shelly had a rough time keeping up with the bidding. At one point one of the women bid to go down the street naked, go into a pizzeria and buy pizza for everyone. (Mind you this was Europe, where public nudity was not against the law) Now if Shelly did not want to drive home naked, she had to top that one - and she did by offering to add a hand-job to anyone interested.
