deleted cheerleader thread

I saw a few days ago that the age of the girls in some of the photos was questionable, and now I see the thread has been deleted.

If age was the reason the thread was deleted, does that mean that a cheerleader upskirt could be acceptable in the future if the poster has proof the girl is of legal age when photographed?

Or was there another reason, such as colleges objecting to photos of their cheerleaders?

The photos in the thread ended up being a mix of high school and college photos. As with anything age related the best option is to just delete it rather than take a chance. With that said, we don't just delete any thread or post that's being questioned. If something is brought to our attention we assess the photos and make our own determination. In this case it was determined to delete the thread.

As far as future posts are concerned just use your best judgement. If there may be a chance the person in the photo is underage, don't post it. What we don't want is proof. Proof is personal information and should not be posted or shared on the forum.
