Yeah, it was pulled for the same reason we pull posts that have the age in question. If the photo is questionable in any way it's better to just delete it. My advice would be to find a frontal shot to clear the air. Right now there's no actual proof, just speculation.

Three different people posted and said that it was a man. That was enough for me to pull the thread, regardless of whether or not the subject of the photo actually is a man. I have doubts myself, and would like some proof either way.
