I'm trying to find guidelines as to what is hardcore : IE: if a chick is about to go down on A guy, but it is not in her mouth, is this hardcore? Can you refer me to the specific rules?

There's nothing that spells out different scenarios. If the photo shows some sort of sexual act (even if it's before or after the act itself) the best fit for it would be the hardcore section. (pun intended?)

From the forum rules:

All photos & videos that show sex, blowjobs, cumshots, masturbation or penetration must be posted in one of the forums labeled "Hardcore". Do not post hardcore material in any of the other forums.
