Sauna Deco has a 3 hour time window, I believe. Spa Zuiver would be my suggestion for several reasons: longer time window (6+ hours), bigger facility, more attractive clientele (just my personal experience). As for timing, I'd suggest going from 3pm onward as the alcohol consumed in afternoon and evening further lowers inhibitions.

Here is the part 2 of my two-day trip to Berlin spas. Today I was at V gate at 8:40 and there were already two couples at the cashier desk. And they both were young.
