Recently made my way to Germany, and went to a smaller town's sauna therme - it was an off time, so it wasn't very crowded, but it was the only time I could go.

That's one of the best things about the nude spa, within reason everyone's relaxed about everyone looking at everyone, otherwise you wouldn't be there.

Wife and I have been to Hezemeer in Belgium earlier this week. It was pretty crowded, but there was a good mix in age. Only about 20% was 60+, about 10-15 % between 50 and 60. The rest younger. Also about the rate of man/women was about 50%, with a small majority of women.

Reading through this topic,, I'm glad to read all of your experiences. But to be honest, to me a public sauna is one of the least erotic places. It probably has something to do with the fact that all are naked in the sauna cabins and most don't even bother to cover up outside of the sauna cabins.
