No so much as you'd think from the promo material. It's actually very discreet. And from 6-8 foot away, essentially invisible.

Nice looking material but not so discreet if you are visiting a nudist place/beach in the south of France. I bought some similair camera sunglasses and on the first day i went with it on the beach it was immediately recognized from some distance by 2 guys from the local baywatch when they were passing me at the beach (hadn't seen them coming towards me in the crowds). They confiscate it immediately and because there was almost nothing recorded yet, i got not more troubles then that i lost the camera sunglasses. Luckily it was much cheaper than 120 GBP (160$) although the quality was quite good enough. (when tested). Since then, i'm a bit anxious to use again such equipment when i'm on holiday (in France).
And so i have more respect to those who succeeds to shoot such vids and pics, using such equipment.

It is and it's how maclane4 got access, sharing caps of great/original video content. You know this site all too well, crispus.
