Yeah, I have a mental backlog of old requests that I'll dig through every once in a while. Fortunately, search engines get better every year, and more information gets put out on the internet all the time, so it's always worth it to--as our friend and colleague Crispus likes to say--"Keep checking back!"

While we still haven't struck the jackpot here, it's definitely worth searching a couple times a year, just to see what else turns up.

Agreed. When I saw this thread revived, I first reacted with amazement, and then, curiousness, while knowing the Holy Grail was still elusive.
