My wife is highly energetic and sexual in bed but conservative in public. We went on a walk through the neighborhood as the sun was going down. I've had a couple this school year. I work at a university and one of the gals who works in my office is recent Master's degree graduate. Braless can be a 1st step to topless.
Though my wife has gone topless and naked in public (beach/sauna) before she ever went braless in public.
Her reasoning was that topless/nudity on beach/sauna is more acceptable than braless in public.
Now she still only goes braless in public on occasion, but often topless or naked.
