She's a better representative than the guy with her in the first photo.

Now the question is: Why don't we see more topless sunbathing in Central Park or any of the other sunny public places around the city?

I know plenty of young and attractive NYC women who are very aware of this "right" yet choose not to take advantage of it.

Moira seems to be the only women in a city with four million of them, to regularly walk around topless. It's a different legal story when she struts her stuff in Philly, but, just as they do for the WNBR, the Philly cops, apparently, decide to "look the other way."

Speaking of the WNBR, some guy at the Philly WNBR pointed out to me that NYC will have a new mayor and, likely, new police commissioner when WNBR season rolls around next year. It currently looks likely the new mayor will be more liberal than the current one, and it will be interesting to see if the WNBR organizers can work a "look the other way" deal with the NYC police like the PNBR folks have in Philly.

A NYC ride could easily rival London in size in a few years.

No Matter What, Go Topless Day will have no legal problem being a tradition in NYC for the foreseeable future.
