Definitely Asheville, NC
 
That is definitely the city hall in Asheville, NC. Not sure how well this would go over in Alabama.

This, along with WBR is not very popular in NYC. They mostly attract the really hippy chicks which are not necessarily that young or good looking. You won't see too many young attractive college chicks at these things over here.

I think the only place in the US that actually had a large gathering where there are tons of people, including young topless chicks was in Asheville. They must have been passing out acid that day. That is how big gotopless day should be in every city.

in the pics that I've downloaded, I see lots of fine looking women, age range 20 to over 50. So I'm not going to pass up the opportunity to see this in Portland, OR where I live, but I can't get a firm time and location. Its only two days away and I'm right here, and so if anyone can help me nail down some specifics (Nakedhippie?), i'd really appreciate it. I know its Sunday, but exactly where and at what time?
