Splitting up the Exhibitionist/Voyeur section?

I like your rule. It is something i could be comfortable with. However, there are some things to consider, like whether you also post the pic for the world to see, or just keep it for your own enjoyment. Just keeping it for your own enjoyment (and maybe that of a few friends) is in the spirit of your rule. Spreading it around the net is not. With that in mind, I agree with how you apply it to nude beach photography, and it serves as justification for NOT calling these types of pics voyeur pics. If looking is OK, then preserving that look with a photo should also be OK. Now if Pedro or someone also posts these to OCC, he is maybe bending the rule a bit, but still is not acting voyeuristically, IMHO. He is just being generous Seriously though, I mean still, relatively few people compared to the total world population is seeing these pics. The net is a huge place.

At any rate, though, as you know there are legal matters associated with all this and taking upskirts/peep hole pics/etc can land you in serious hot water. That is another useful way to make the distinction as someone caught in the act of taking many true voyeur pics can be prosecuted. So it seems logical to just view true voyeur pics vs nude beach pics as a case of one is legal and one is often not. I'm no lawyer, so don't hold me to the letter. But every time I read in the paper about the latest peeping tom that was nabbed, I shudder a bit because me and those guys are cousins, but not doing exactly the same thing. Like Flanker7, I am not passing judgement on those that take true voyeur pics at the risk of being prosecuted - if I know in my heart that i enjoy viewing them, which I often do - I can't be judgemental. But for the purposes of this thread, we've made many distinctions between these two types of pics now, and hopefully that will reinforce the notion that they ought to be separated at OCC.

While I agree that there should be a pure exhibitionist section, my Naked Vegas thread is all over the place.

I have pics of women flashing, voyuerism at the topless pools, nip slips, and women posing nude in their hotel rooms.

Awhile back I had a poll thread asking if I should move Naked Vegas to the Softcore section. The verdict was that it should remain in E&V. I am also not interested in splitting my Vegas pix into different threads in different sections. There will only be 1 Naked Vegas thread (I may start a thread for the hardcore Vegas pix, in the hardcore section, though).

OK by me Nakedhippie's "hippies and dreadlocks" thread crosses the boundaries between three forums - hardcore, E & V and softcore. I am not happy about it, but if its got hardcore, it goes in the hardcore forum. Your thread on the other hand might be a case of majority rules. If the majority of pics are E & V, then keep the thread there.

I think it has happened, klondike! It's only taken me three years of risk, sunburn and expense......so I guess it was worth it! If only we got a cent a time, it would help. I now look apon OCC as my charity contribution to the world of public nudity!
