Where in the USA is this ride from???

Almost half the 40 odd riders a are female and almost all are fully nude! One of the highest nude ratio percentages anywhere!

The license plate on the truck that passes by looks like Colorado, but its too blurry to tell. Plus its in the mountains...

This is in Telluride, Colorado, a small ski town in the Rocky Mountains. I was able to make out the name of the business "Overland" on one of the awnings, and it just took some google searching to narrow it down. Apparently this is NOT affiliated with the WNBR. It's apolitical debauchery associated with The Nothing Festival, a festival they put on for absolutely no reason at all.

That at least explains why there are so many attractive, nude female riders. Telluride, like all ski towns, is filled with young, fit people that work the resorts, bars, restaurants, etc and live the dream of being a ski (or nowadays, snowboard) bum. They work their asses off during the season, then goof off all summer (although they kind of goof off even when they're working). So it all kind of makes sense.

Unfortunately, the google machine didn't return any more decent quality pics or videos, just a couple blurry youtube offerings. Although I'd love to be proven wrong.
